Erasmus Staff Training Week 2026 – Meet our Staff
Erasmus Weeks organised by ULiège Library are usually centred around a specific theme, bringing together librarians, managers, and project leaders who share similar experiences, interests, and challenges. However, beginning with the 2025 edition, and continuing in 2026, the format has evolved to offer participants the opportunity to meet a wider range of ULiège Library staff members with diverse professional backgrounds. This new format is a “Meet our Staff” week.
The “Meet our Staff” Erasmus Week allows participants to engage with various key figures within our library through thematic sessions covering topics such as user services, open science, information literacy, systems and data, document acquisitions, collection management, heritage preservation, and more. Attendees also have the opportunity to arrange private meetings with our staff and visit some of our facilities.

When
The “Meet our Staff” event will take place over five days, from the morning of Monday, 29 June, to the afternoon of Friday, 3 July 2026.
