Erasmus Weeks organised by ULiège Library are usually centred around a specific theme, bringing together librarians, managers, and project leaders who share similar experiences, interests, and challenges. However, the 2025 edition will take a different approach, offering participants the opportunity to meet a wider range of ULiège Library staff members with diverse professional backgrounds. This edition will be a “Meet our Staff” week.
The “Meet our Staff” Erasmus week will allow participants to engage with various key figures within our library through thematic sessions covering topics such as user services, open science, information literacy, systems and data, document acquisitions, collection management, heritage preservation, digitisation, statistics, human resource management, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity for private meetings with our staff and visits to some of our facilities.
When
The first edition of the “Meet our Staff” will take place over 4 days, from the morning of Monday, 30 June, to the afternoon of Thursday, 3 July 2025.
Where
The first two days will be held on the city-centre campus, while the last two will take place at the Sart Tilman campus.
