First I will give a short introduction of our library in general than I will go deeper into the working of our ILL service. In the core of my presentation I will talk about the formats&nbsp; that our ILL-service deals with on daily basis, namely: journal articles, books and book chapters.&nbsp; It turns out that each of these formats have their own pecularities.&nbsp; Attention will be given to the challenges and perspectives that these formats face with when it comes to&nbsp; ILL.
