However, the 2025 edition will take a different approach, offering participants the opportunity to meet a wider range of ULi\u00e8ge Library staff members with diverse professional backgrounds. This edition will be a \u201c<strong>Meet our Staff<\/strong>\u201d week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cMeet our Staff\u201d Erasmus week will<strong> allow participants to engage with various key figures within our library through thematic sessions<\/strong> covering topics such as <strong>user services<\/strong>, <strong>open science<\/strong>, <strong>information literacy<\/strong>, <strong>systems and data<\/strong>, <strong>document acquisitions<\/strong>, <strong>collection management<\/strong>, <strong>heritage preservation<\/strong>, <strong>digitisation<\/strong>, <strong>statistics<\/strong>, <strong>human resource management<\/strong>, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity for private meetings with our staff and visits to some of our facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first edition of the \u201cMeet our Staff\u201d will take place over <strong>4 days<\/strong>, <strong>from the morning of Monday, 30 June, to the afternoon of Thursday, 3 July 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first two days will be held on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus.uliege.be\/cms\/c_5876704\/en\/campus-de-liege-centre-ville\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">city-centre campus<\/a>, while the last two will take place at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus.uliege.be\/cms\/c_5876706\/en\/campus-de-liege-sart-tilman\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sart Tilman campus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Monday 30 June \/ Tuesday 1 July: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus.uliege.be\/cms\/c_11284905\/en\/l5-language-training-centre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Building L5<\/strong> (Language training centre)<\/a>, room 2\/5 (2nd floor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Downtown Campus &#8211; Outremeuse Zone<\/strong><br>Rue de Pitteurs, 18<br>4020 Li\u00e8ge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wednesday 2 July \/ Thursday 3 July:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campus.uliege.be\/cms\/c_5803748\/en\/b63c-pavillon-c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Building B63c<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Campus of Sart Tilman<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; <strong>URBANISTES 1 district<\/strong><br>Traverse des Architectes, 5C<br>4000 Li\u00e8ge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mseduculiegebe-my.sharepoint.com\/:x:\/g\/personal\/stephanie_simon_uliege_be\/ETbzEEcDfOJEqQzh43RLVUoBX3QNdDB8BGEZ94MNVYeliQ?e=NgEYCv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Full programme<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8216;Program&#8217; tab: Overview of the 4 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8216;Information&#8217; tab: list of sessions, including abstracts and speaker names<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendance at each programme session is <u>not mandatory<\/u>; participants are free to join sessions based on their interest in the topics covered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maximum number of participants is<strong> limited to 30 people<\/strong>. <strong>Registration will close on Sunday, May 4 at midnight<\/strong>, or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only librarians or professionals working in the library sector will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><u>Update from May 5<\/u>: Registration is now closed.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in the 2025 edition is free of charge. ULi\u00e8ge Library does <strong>not <\/strong>provide meal, accommodation or transport services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact your institution&#8217;s international relations office to see if funding for your participation in this week (hotel, travel, meals, etc.) is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT NOTICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dates of this event are fixed.
