A case study for UPM libraries"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><u>Presenter<\/u>: Reyes Albo, <em>Library Director<\/em> (Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid, Spain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery services, loan policies, formats, workflows, etc., all of the have changed a lot due to the pandemic situation. The University has adapted itself and the new situation to students, teachers and researchers. A new way to understand library life has come to stay and old procedures have turned to disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowing which of all these measures will stay for the future only time will tell.
